Surplus Market orders will ship between March 30 and April 3. Before we ship, the product goes through a special print customization process to add your special word or phrase. Once shipped the bag will follow standard shipment schedules.

Shipping to the U.S.: Estimated standard delivery is 3-5 business days, depending on your region.

To return non-customized items: postmark within 30 calendar days of receipt. Items must be in original condition with packaging and tags attached. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To return customized items: eligible only for craftsmanship or quality issues (missing rivets, damaged handle, smudged print, slanted/cut-off text). Since each bag is handmade, slight variations in jute texture are normal.
